ROM chips of a Tandy 1000TL

I'd like to identify which type of chip these are, and what modern compatible replacements I might be able to locate to do some tinkering.

The 1000TL technical reference identifies them as a SHARP chip, 256K * 8, EVEN/ODD 200NS

It looks like it might be a SHARP LH532000 mask rom; not sure what the 325 and 324 mean, maybe just a custom part number?

Appears to have EEPROM compatible pinout.
