Is it working at all? Can you sync memos, for instance?

What if you try running Palm Desktop as an administrator?

It syncs data OK and it even backs up but nothing shows on the palm desktop calendar, todo list, memo pad or contacts.

That sounds like you're not checking the same Palm account on Palm Desktop as the account associated with your phone.

Try looking at the directories where Palm Desktop stores its data, and see if you can find anything that looks familiar.

Yeah, It is the right account but it still doesn't work.

I had a look at the log file and it said somthing like Outlook date book failed to sync.

I've downloaded an older version of Palm Desktop and It now syncs anything on the laptop's outlook, but if I add something new to the Palm it doesn't sync (and no, that is not because of the sync settings 'cause I checked that).

I've solved it!

Newer version didn't like my calendar.

I've got the older version and it works fine now!
