I want to set up DosBox to send its MIDI to my MIDI port, which is set up in CoreAudio. However, by default it outputs to Quicktime's software synthesizer. I've checked the documentation, but it doesn't mention how to change this setting in OS X. Does anyone know how?

I think DOSBox just supports MIDI OUT, but I am not really sure.

I don't know how DOSBox works on Mac, but on the PC it outputs to whatever MIDI device you have selected in Windows. Are you able to select your MIDI port as the default system MIDI output device in OS X?

I do have my USB MIDI cable set as the default; however, it appears that DOSBox still keeps to Quicktime as its default.
