Event Viewer :B
It'll be in the Windows Administrative Tools folder in your Start Menu/Screen. Then, navigate to the "Windows Logs" and "System" to find system events, which will include sleep/wake events which should tell you the general reason why the system went to sleep or woke up, as there could be a number of reasons why the computer won't stay asleep. For me, a few months ago I noticed Avast was constantly bringing my computer out of sleep to do scheduled scans... but then wouldn't start the scan, so the system would go back to sleep... then wake up again and not do a scan, then go back to sleep... I ended up having to disable weekly scans, which isn't a big deal really, but still. :P
Also, if the cause is anything USB then it's likely something you have plugged into a USB port which is changing state, OR, something only loosely plugged in which is triggering random disconnects and reconnects.
Lastly, if the cause is network related, just configure the system to not wake from network events, which is either a power management setting or burried somewhere in the main system settings.
