I have DirectX installed and the typical memory amount, it's a Radeon 9600SE card.

It installed fine but goes black screen in a small corner, I got video of the symptom.

Does it matter when using a Virtual CD ISO on Windows 98?

Nothing to do with virtual drive. IIRC, the installed game will not access the source drive (CD) after installation. Probably something to do with the graphics driver or game launcher setting.

No experience with the said ATI card, but it worked well with my Geforce 4 Ti 4200 card.

Maybe i need to run it in glide mode to work.
