I just recently purchased a FIC LEO 386-25/33/40SC-2C motherboard (Bare motherboard with no extras) which I will be installing MS-DOS 6.22 on.

It's in nearly new condition with a full 256KB cache and has been modded to use standard CR2032 batteries. I will be fitting it with an AMD 386DX 40MHz CPU as I used to have one of them many years ago. There is no onboard IO but there are seven 16-bit slots available so I will be getting a multi-IO ISA card with plenty of room to spare for more cards. I have a few questions about audio and video options...
I have a Sound Blaster AWE64 sound card available. I know the AWE64 can fit in the 16-bit ISA slot but can a 386 system handle the AWE64 or would I need to look into getting a more simpler SB 16 or SB Pro based sound card?
The video card is the most unknown part of the whole build for me. I don't have an ISA video card so I am going to have to buy one. I remember that Tseng Labs were generally good DOS video cards but I am not familiar with all the variants. Is an STB Tseng Labs TC6100AF one of the better ones available? Any suggestions on which ones would be great ISA cards for DOS gaming would be great. I would like to keep the cost of the video card ideally under $80.00.
Any input or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!
