Hya,

Trying to get WarlordsII Deluxe working on XP.

I have the files in C:\War2 on my HDD
I mount c c:\War2 - successfully
Then I type "inst" to install the program
Up pops the installer to install at "C:\W2DELUXE"
But then it tells me that "W2DELUXE" is an "Illegal Path Name"
I click ok - installer tells me that it is copying diagnostic data but nothing ever happens.

I have tried copying everything to a CD and installing it from there but the same happens - obviously - but thought I'd eliminate it.

Any help is very much appreciated.
