I have a GF2 Ultra and an early GF3, but no Quadro.
The board layout matches my GF2 Ultra, but mine doesn't have that "Silicon Image" chip populated or the nearby pins. It appears to be the same PCB though.
The board layout on my GF3 is different, though it does have a Conexant chip at that location. That card has SVideo out so that's probably what that was for.
The part number labels on the edge of your card aren't present on either of mine.
So I don't have a definite answer but the PCB layout was definitely used with GF2/Quadro2 cards, and I think Quadro2 is the most likely given the populated components.
My GF3 is a very early card (2000 date codes, prerelease BIOS) so if even that one has a different PCB then I'm in doubt as to whether the GF2 PCB was ever used with any GF3s.
