anybody knows, is large 40 pin dip chip on 401at remarked z80 cpu or it's customized by roland version of z80?

It's not a Z80 at all.

It's a 6801.

Thank you very much. as i see there is rom exist inside. looks like custom firmware may reside there? or not?

As the part has the Roland logo customization on it, most likely there is firmware in it.

If there was an external ROM chip, it would contain the firmware and a standard 6801 would run it.
