Anyone got a FIC PA-2013 supersocket7 motherboard?
i searched for drivers everywhere and could not find any, just bios updates.

and then i saw this FIC FTP that has a lot of things:

im not sure what 1stutilities version is the one for PA.2013 and what cd_pro

can anyone help,maybe someone has the driver CD ?

Its probably not much help, but I don't recall installing any drivers for my PA-2013 on Windows 98SE, aside from the ones that Windows had built in.

Now for some blitting from the back buffer.

I actually do have that motherboard (Rev. 2.1). [I also mirrored their entire FTP server 3 years ago.] I never installed such drivers for Win98SE from when I tested the board years ago, though. They did move their very old stuff here:

ftp://ftp.fic.com.tw/motherboard/driver/misc/utilities/

VIA IDE drivers are in /busmaster/
VIA AGP drivers are in /agp/
VIA PCI MINIport drivers are in /miniport/
VIA USB drivers are in /usb/

Later via_580_2144 IDE drivers aren't present, though they are in driverguide. Those are attached.
There's supposed to be a Functions Registry download for the MVP3 chipset for Win9x, but I cannot locate that in the FTP server. Attached.
Recently found IDE drivers 2.1.49.1, now attached.

Other later drivers for some devices are in CD-Pro archives in ftp://ftp.fic.com.tw/motherboard/driver/ subdirectory. 1stUtilities archives seems to post-date most CD-Pro archives on the server, but some drivers for that board may be in earlier 1stUtilities archives. Apparently, recommended VIA 4-in-1 drivers for MVP3 and Win98SE are v4.35, located right here.

I have the 2.1 and only did the bios update. As noted, you only need the VIA driver, nothing else is specific to the fic motherboard that you need stuff from their ftp site.
