Typically, you enable fullscreen display by setting fullscreen=true in dosbox.conf. If that's already set, then your question may be better asked of the authors of the Android port of DOSBox that you're using or at least a forum for users of it. As far as I know, these forums are more for the native versions for Windows and Linux.
