the product's page states: note:doesn't support MS-DOS.
so this is most likely a usb controller that uses ps2 ports instead of usb for keyboard/mouse , useless for dos/win3x

Thanks so much for your help keropi, i didnt notice that and the information was there all a long 😉

BTW its difficult to find a original (back in the day) ps/2 adapter card? whats the average price?

Ive a KVM SWITCH like the pic below, and my goal its to connect it to this 486 and a pentium I.

My pentium I already has a ps/2 adapter card, i just need another one for my 486, so i can use only one keyboard/monitor/mouse between the 2 machines.

Rather than ISA card adapter I used plug adapters. I also use a KVM switch to connect between vintage computers. The good news is that it works for keyboard but I could not get the serial-to-PS/2 to work for mouse. So I just have a mouse plugged in each computer but share keyboard and monitor. Now it is possible I did something wrong or maybe use the wrong mouse or wrong adapter.
