Nope.

Hint 1,2,3: It's a DOS game but was also released for the Amiga. In the screenshot you can see the names Darwin, Newton and Einstein (Einstien?). Those are the names of the 3 playable characters (they are rats).

I made it too easy! I was thinking I'd see some guesses of Wasteland but you got it right straight off.
