So far all I know of that does this:

B-Em (Floppy)
MAME (supposedly, though I never heard it on appropriate emulated machines myself)
Neko Project II (Floppy)
WinUAE (Floppy)
WinVICE (Floppy)

I could've sworn there was an Apple2 emulator that also did this because that would be a must (along with the monitor noise)....

SainT (Atari ST) simulates floppy sound - it's the first one I was aware of, and influenced me to add support in B-em.
