Hi

On startup keyboard diodes are blinking but keys not responding.
I desoldered accu and socket of rom and checked connections below them.
One trace was broken (A3 of the rom) . Other traces which go to A0-A9 of the rom are OK. I don't know what should I check also.

I don't know whats pinout of UM68663BF but pin #2 goes to the A0 of rom. #3 to the A1 and so on (up to A9).
Any ideas?

With so much damage, you are lucky that keyboard is the only thing not working... Clean all affected area with vinegar, rinse with water, then alcohol, let it dry thoroughly. Then you will need to trace the keyboard clock and data lines from the KB connector to the corresponding pins on the southbridge. The ALi datasheet can be found online, or I can provide it later when I'm home.
Cheers!

Edit: M1487 pin 5 = KBCLK, pin 6 = KBDATA
