I won Earthworm Jim 1 & 2, but I already own that games. Does anybody knows if I can give that key to another people, or is it bound to my account?

I could activate it on my wife computer. It was not so useful, because I could have given her the installers but it seems that keys can be given to other people.
I still have two old giveaways, but they have a different key format (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) and I don't know if they can be activated.
