Hi,

Just wanted to show you guys some results of using Rustoleum Appliance Epoxy... works really nicely on black systems. Here is the NetVista spray painted and then the original ThinkCentre M92p case (I put those guts in the NetVista).

interesting... now do they make any good beige/white/grey colors that match?

I have no clue what I'm doing! If you want to watch me fumble through all my retro projects, you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/user/MrDavejustdave

Ah yes, this is the question.

I very much like your now jet-black NetVista, oeuvre.

It is available in several colors, but I do not know how well they would match a vintage case.

Thanks! The M41 came originally in black so the color is almost identical. I didn't bother spraypainting the faceplate though since it's already in good shape.

I've used some of the beige appliance stuff but I've founded that it matches slightly yellowed ABS plastic rather than plastic that retained the white color.

I just saw some of this in white at Meijer. (ironically, the one right across the street from Hilgraeve in Monroe) That was all they had on the shelf, no other colors. From the cap, it looked like bright white so I didn't get it. Someone really needs to come out with a line of Retro PC Paint ™ haha

I tried the Almond version and it came out too yellow-looking for my tastes.

Will try the White version next.
