That looks like a system I would build. It's definitely not in its original configuration.
Looks like FSP PSU and a stock Intel HSF. The case is period correct and should be sufficient when it comes to cooling that particular rig.

I like to see how the builder left a couple slots empty right next to the graphics card, to provide increased cooling.

How is the noise of the stock HSF? I disliked these from that era and preferred to replace the fans (usually I kept the original heatsinks as these were often beefy enough).

I can't really hear the fans, the GTS died though playing some Elite Force so I put a Radeon 7500 in it, I'll get another gf2 though.

Noticed also the soundblaster isn't working so need a replacement, might go with a live instead of another 128. Also keeping an eye out for a 40gb ide so I can use my sata card back in its original purpose my back and restore rig for customer data

My slot A is so flaky I'm gonna nickname it biscuit, so i pulled its Voodoo 3 and putting it up till I have time to really troubleshoot it, and because i really didnt want to run a 7500 inside this system a voodoo 3 3000 should do nicely
