I heard this term FOMO, and it means that you compulsively and constantly check what other people do in their life. If I have FOMO, and I try to beat it by ignore what other people do in their life, social media, etc., does it mean I am an antisocial person?

As long as you keep taking care of your HDD formats daily, you will be ok. Not a social butterfly probably, but it's ok.
