I'm using:

1fulldouble = true
2output     = openglnb

But it doesn't work. It runs in blit mode and vsync OFF, no matter what. Using current SVN trunk on Gentoo Linux 64-bit with latest NVidia drivers. Any way to fix this?

Try an older driver. Has cured many a problem, Linux or otherwise.

Screw period correct; I wanted a faster system back then. I choose no dropped frames, super fast loading, fully compatible and quiet operation.

then launch dosbox from the same shell.

Didn't help. Still in blit mode.
