Not too much information of th AWE64D around.
If you compare the CT4600 to an Sound Blaster AWE64 ISA it looks like there shouldn't be any jumpers at all, the headers are for internal connectors. I'll guess the jumpers on the CT4650 is to configure the white internal header, which may be the SPK/LINE, MB_PRO and MIC_IN of the CT4600 added together in one connector. The SBLINK header not found on the AWE64 ISA should be connected to the SBLINK, PC/PCI or SIDEBAND? header of your motherboard to maintain Sound Blaster compatibility under DOS.
