I was doing some browsing earlier and came across this Philips monitor:

Something about it looked familiar. Then I remembered this All In One from Compaq:

Notice something? The screen borders and power buttons are the same! I already knew that the integrated monitors on these Compaq machines were supplied by Philips, but now I have to wonder, how much of a say did Philips have in the overall design of that PC?

AST also produced an all-in-one machine. Or did they? I ran the FCC ID of their all-in-one (ADT Advantage Adventure! 4066D) and it wasn't even registered to AST. Lo and behold, it was registered to Philips. Perhaps they produced the entire thing for AST. Anyone know anything about this?

I meant this part, whatever it's called. Inner bezel? Looks similar to me anyway.
