Instead of a dual boot Pc I went with original hardware for Dos, 98se and XP so now there are 3 Pc's crammed in an area from originally 1 Dos Pc. I didn't like changing VGA cables or keyboard/mouse around when using one or another so a D-link switch takes care of that and it detects which one is on and routes it with the monitor a very handy unit when turning on one pc but sometimes it doesn't detect right so it has a button to change to the pc needed and I nearly forgot that the D-link doesn't need a power supply.
Things I need to complete are get a modern ATX power supply with the fan at the back instead of on the top that's why I haven't put the case lid back on the 486 because there's no room for it to breath, I'm using an adapter for AT to ATX.
One day I will change the stereo mixer with more inputs as I've maxed out all the ones it has
CaBlE mAnAgEmEnT..... all the cables need tidying up with zip ties maybe tomorrow or next week
The Pc on the floor needs a white front bay drive cover as it's a bit yellow and the case is fussy which ones fit or I will add USB in its place as this one is 98se
Pc on top left: 486 DX2 66 for Dos
Pc on top right: Core 2 duo 3HGz for XP
Pc on floor: Pentium 3 500MHz
Modded MT32
SC55 and SC55 Mark 2
Studio speakers on top
Great pair of speakers on bottom I've kept since the mid 90's that need repair but do a good job of holding the studio speakers at ear height.
The XP Pc has a wireless keyboard as I ran out of D-link cables/ps2 extension cables
I need to get a power supply for the left SC55.
