Look suitably 1984-ish with all those logic chips.
Could you give a bit more context about where the still is from to be able to focus a bit? At first glance I'm not even sure it's an x86 & DOS PC, and back in 1984 non-x86 and non-DOS was still common.
Looks more like an Apple II clone to me.
The ribbon cables just look suspiciously similar to the cables used on 68K Macintoshes (such as the LC "Pizzaboxes" ones).
Though the vents on the sides... They're throwing me off, I can't quite nail what this one would be.

Wow guys I thought 1984 was a good hint
How's this hint

I though you were genuinely asking for help... 😠
I thought someone would know this Pc from the movie Electric Dreams and I would like to know what it is though I guess the movie wasn't using accuracy with this Pc box name it's probably a prop
The movie Electric Dreams was dedicated to the memory of the Univac 1 - the first commercial computer produced in the United States.
It looks like a Victor 9000 Sirius or Ollivetti - But as you've already surmised it's probably a prop, very much like the PC in War-games, which was also a prop, which some guy made a clone of back in the early 2k and sold for quite a few buck's.
People say nothing is impossible - But I do nothing everyday!

I agree, maybe an extra topic: "Guess the hardware" will make sense. Such posts with super blurry pictures should be ignored anyway.
