Today I received some (really) scrap boards that I bought because I spotted a Pentium Pro board in the pile. Its a Chaintech 6IDM M101.
Its not in a good condition. Some traces on the back and one cap needs to be fixed. Already found the BIOS and the RTC should also not be a problem.
But what I did not expect that the voltage regulators have been removed 🙁 I have found good photos of a complete board. The one on the board itsself is a "EZ1084CT":

They are rather expansive but I think I can take use a "LD1084V TO-220AB" as replacement?

Bigger problem is the VRM in the socket. Here two power regulators have been removed and I have no idea what to put in there?
I know I can simply buy a complete new one but I dont want to spend too much money as I dont know if the board is fixable at all.
Does anybody have a similar VRM and can take a look what parts are missing?
Thank you!
