Hello!

I'm looking for prepgame file. It is said this file is a part of GUS driver suite for DOS. Where I can find this file or whole GUS driver pack for DOS?
Prepgame should be placed inside GUS or GUS PnP driver pack.

Gravis ftp and www site only has windows driver,
google only says about such file but no downloads available,
ftp search returns nothing

IIRC something for GUS was posted somewhere on the forum. Use the Search function.

That was GUS patch bank. I have it. Prepgame comes from driver package of GUS PnP and fixes dos4gw.exe problem with 16bit DMA. Such fix could be good to heal many dos4gw games like setlers2 which has broken high dma due to broken dos4gw.

Maybe someone who has Driver CD for GUS PnP will share such file?
file name should be prepgame.exe
It patches dos4gw.exe and some other files but knowing whats wrong with dos4gw could help us to recover not only GUS PnP but other soundcards like SB16 for example which only works without drrriting in low dma mode.

OK I have it. I had to install GUS PnP recent driver from gravis ftp.
