You need to find and look in the CPU Datasheets. I searched for grams and found as attached

Or we could just have somebody weigh the different ones with a scale. Way faster than searching through numerous datasheets.

Those weights don't look correct to me... 3/4 oz or less. hmmmm.

Just weighed a Q8300 SLB5W, and it weighs 21.4 grams.

See my graphics card database at www.gpuzoo.com
Constantly being worked on. Feel free to message me with any corrections or details of cards you would like me to research and add.

Thanks guys, appreciate it! I have plenty of CPUs to measure but no precision scale.

When weighing an SL792 on my digital kitchen scale it keeps alternating between 19 and 20 grams.

Yeah, I guess they are that light. They just feel heavier in my hand... maybe because of the density.

My little electronic shipping scale doesn't go that precise so I only get full grams.
