Tried 'mixer cdaudio 20:20' and 'mixer cdaudio -d15' and does nothing

also in the mixer list of dosbox doesn't appear cdaudio, just appear sb, master,spkr, fm

ah you have to mount the cdrom or cd image first. Else the mixer command doesn't work
