ES1938 and Windows 3.1?

I had been looking for ES1938 drivers for Windows 3.1x and so far I had not been able to find anything in the net, I know they exist (it is listed in the ESS webpage in the wayback machine https://web.archive.org/web/20020602081322/ht … rivers.shtm#pci but I cannot see anything in the vogons drivers library or anywhere else, any idea or anyone has a copy of such driver?
