Realtek RTG3105E DOS Utilities?

Anybody have or know where to download the DOS utilities for a Realtek RTG3105E card?

Specifically utilities like vmode.exe to set CGA mode.

I've scoured the web and seen mentions of them, but can't seem to find them.

I saw that topic during my search, but didn't notice the drivers posted there at the bottom.
