I think that the MS-DOS 3.3 and 6.0 source codes aren't legally available. Only 1.25 and 2.0 are on GitHub under the MIT license.

all versions of DOS were compiled with MASM + Link.. now you might need specific versions of each to build a specific version of dos source...
