Well.... I also edit the config-file by hand, but since I prefer to create a minimal config with just the non-default settings, I don't have the luxury of all the sections present, all the attributes, and the comments with the valid values.
So when I need to add a new override, I have to go and look in the default config, so I get the section, attribute, and values right.
A config-editor that would only save the differences compared to the standard settings, would be great for me.
