Thanks... They are just a bit under my standard. (I made them in a hurry).
The picture below, are when I do lasagne that are up to my minimum standards for what I can allow my self to serve to others.
And no... There are no cheese on it. I have only made a rich sauce.
Well... They have a slice of toasted sandwich bread underneath. It's just... Well. The one with fish, have 4 fish fillet on it. Making them extremely heavy and yeah... Not for the faint hearted to eat. 🤣 🤣
They actully fall under the category of Danish food, called "Smørrebrød" wich is called open sandwich in English.
Basically speaking a slice of bread, that have a shitload of stuff on top of it. A few vegetables are traditionally used.
In Denmark it is looked at, as a type of luxury food that people are eating for lunch or at dinner time.
Anyway...
If my woman loved asparages and she did not have allergy towards tomato-skin, then I would have used that too on the one with fish.
Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.
Those cakes make you sick....
