Caught this on ebay last week for a REALLY good price. Came with a 233MMX Pentium and 64MB of ram. I stuck a 128mb stick in it.

Nice deal! This model has very good VGA quality compared to other GF2's I have as well 😀
Didn't know that (VGA) - thanks 😀
I always wanted a GF 2 Ultra, but I think this model should OC to that level quite easily...
Here's exact auction I bought it from (it's from Poland's big auction portal) : LINK
Since you also own this card, can you tell me what that jumper near cooling fan does ?
Is it a On/Off switch for TV-Out/TV-In ?

Was listed on ebay about 1h ago... now it's not anymore. 😀
I/O, I/O,
It's off to disk I go,
With a bit and a byte
And a read and a write,

A good buy! I really like the sound of the SC-7.
Grabbed a mostly complete PCjr with a second floppy drive expansion on top. The stuff that's missing isn't hard to get or expensive or else I wouldn't have bothered. the reall attraction was the second floppy expansion box on top. 😎

If it does not just pop off then heat the heat sink up fallowed by a freeze.
If your putting the card in the freezer shame on you :p
How do you freeze it if you don't put it in the freezer???

Air duster upside down concentrated (possibly entire can) can get things down to -50c in room temperature, but dangerous to be near by and breathe fumes. (used some in the past for extreme OverClocking.. can get down to -75c with a proper POT).
Also went to a local thrift store in another city locally yesterday. Took a gamble on a random whiteish / yellowing computer cast (obviously AT), for $10 for the entire tower with unknown parts out the door.
Get it home and it has this inside (The Kingston TurboChip is mine.. I'm already upgrading it):
YAY! PCI 486 system for $10 😀

This is fantastic.
Nice typo on the motherboard - "secondray"
Well yes - if your first death ray doesn't kill the aliens, the secondray surely will.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

You guys are great, I didn't even notice that until someone here commented on it and I spent all day yesterday working on the thing. 🤣
On my local craigslist, I saw someone selling a basic beige tower with internal parts for $20. I was intrigued. I looked at the crappy, low-res, blurry pictures and I instantly knew what it most likely was. I go pick it up, and my suspicions were right! It was a dual slot-1! YAY!
PICS:
it works! 256mb of ram, 2x 500mhz P3's and an IDE zip drive. I was REALLY hoping it would be a scsi zip drive. The case did come with a stray scsi cable in the bottom. Anyway, on my drive home, I buy a soda and a $1 scratcher, because I feel awesome. And I win $20. Pretty awesome day if I do say so myself!
edit:
By the way it is a TYAN S1837 board. INFO: http://www.tyan.com/archive/products/html/thunderbolt.html
