Too difficult?
more clues then:
- Note the nationality.
- Was bigger on the Dreamcast then on the PC.

Japanese Phantom?

You described the aircraft allright. But that is not yet the name of the game.

Aerowings?
@leileilol
So what was that weird looking game that looked like a kid used mspaint to make the graphics?

That is close enough. You win.
It is the third installment of the Aerowings series, sold as "Aero Dancing i" in Japan.

I haven't personally played or even seen this game but creative keyword Googling reveals it to be:
Museum Madness
PS This screenshot cracked me up.

I can't imagine what you would have googled to find it. It is littered with funny quotes. And the repetitive music is something else.
I actually have a copy on CDROM
Monty's Games Vol 1 and 2
Very strange

Something along the lines of "dos adventure game robot boy Egypt museum" in Google Image search. 😈
hmm isn't that cheating?

How else are you supposed to guess a game? Only having owned, played or seen it before?
The point of this thread is mostly to have fun and, perhaps, bring out some more obscure games to the light.
Even if you use search you are learning something about a piece of software you haven't heard of before.
Here's a new challenge for you all. Feel free to Google... 😈
Hint1: It's (obviosly) a Reversi/Othello based game with a twist.
Hint2: In the world of naughty and nice this one is naughty.
Hint3: Released in 1988 in glorious EGA (PC/DOS)
Since it seems I have killed the buzz with my posted game screenshot, I'll try to offer something much easier.
PS In case you were wondering, the previous screen capture was from...
[ NSFW WARNING! - Googling it might not be safe for work environment ]
Highlight this line to reveal - Centerfold Squares
As teenage boy I found both the Reversi and the "reward" parts appealing.
Please, forgive me for bringing an EGA adult game to the table.
Captain Comic?

Close... very close
Well, Captain Comic 2?
Yep. Captain Comic II: Fractured Reality
Well, let's see if you guys find this.
I've seen this one before, it's Telecommando or something similar spelled correctly in German(?) 😀 Of course I couldn't understand a thing and immediately abandoned it.
I don't know if it was meant to be free or not, but it was included in one of those early freeware/shareware/public domain cd collections that sometimes had... disputable content.
