I finally started to look into Obsidian.
Thanks to the Lord of Tech for tutorials! 😀

If not for tech, I already see its use for other stuff.

After some time on Obsidian I can say that it does indeed have a learning curve but it suits me perfectly.
I started organizing and sorting stuff, pics, videos, scanning hand notes... and it helps me keep track of things better than before.
Not that I won't move from Obsidian if I find a new match for my needs but being able to tie things together is really good (no IELTS remarks pls 😀).

Unfortunately there is a lot of foot work to do, no way to go around it.

For sales I still use spreadsheets, thus I find impossible to just use one tool. Each its best way to deal with.

I only started keeping detailed notes circa mid-2000s. Everything I did before then is a confused blur. Piecing together the things I did back then involves a kind of "archeology", going through old (fuzzy) photographs, invoices and emails, trying to figure out what I did, when, and to what.

(My email archive goes back to 2001. Unfortunately everything before that has been lost.)

Is this too much voodoo?
