For a CPU with only about 35W TDP (37 or 38W peak, IIRC), those load temperatures are a little high, especially the one in the BIOS. I would expect to see 50C tops.
BTW, what's your temperature? I doubt you're sitting in 40C+ inside... but if you are, that might explain the hot temperatures too. On the other hand, if you're not, you have some checking to do still.

BTW x2: In SpeedFan, if you go over the Charts tab and put a check next to "Temp1", it should start mapping a graph of your CPU temperature over time. After doing this, now try running a CPU-intensive game for about 20 minutes. Then exit the game and wait for about 1 minute. Then re-launch the game and play for 5 more minutes and exit again, waiting for another minute. After this, take a screenshot of the graph and post it here. Basically, I want to see if there are any sharp rises in the CPU temperature when the game is launched and also to see the peak load temperature. This can help determine if the CPU die is not making good contact to the CPU heatsink (usually the graph shoots up very quickly when that's the case.) On the other hand, if the heatsink is not adequate but has good coupling to the core, you will see a smooth transition between high and low temps.
