nice, the abit-ab-be6-II is very solid board great flexibility with p3 Coppermine and overclocking, i tried getting one "be6-II" version while back but there so expensive nowadays, anyway i think it might be intel 440bx chipset, agp on you're board 3.3v (2x) and that G4TI4200 card (8x) which mostly for AGP with 1.5v but 4x compatible but maybe too much for 440bx? i would try the geforce 4 ti 4200 on different board with intel 810 or 845 and see if the issue remains, since it's card from 2002 clearly more aiming for win xp anyway.
