In regards to the program crashing after exiting dosbox, this occurrs only in the fullscreen mode. If the fullscreen command is set to false, it works just fine.

How do I do this in DOSBox 0.72 please?

I've created the iso iamges for disks 1 to 6 in d:\ripper.

Z:\>SET ... (3 lines of sound cards)

mount c d:\ripper
imgmount d ripper1.iso ripper2.iso ripper3.iso ripper4.iso ripper5.iso ripper6.iso -t iso
ripper /v3

I still get prompted to enter a disk in drive d. How do I get past this? Thanks.

CRL+F4 switches between images.
