I don't understant these solutions, which involve to delete some files, I don't want to do mistakes and to have problems later...

So I was thinking about a solution with shortcuts or modifying the dosbox-0.74.conf

Question : is it a problem that the name of the directory of dosbox is "dosbox 0.74 (I mean the empty spaces) ?

The only thing I have in mind now is a problem I had using the same configuration under XP and Vista and 7. In Vista and 7 when the DOSBox window tried to maximize it got stuck in Vista and had different weird results in 7, included a blank screen in the DOSBox output area. The problem was caused by DOSBox trying to go fullscreen but only if I used ArcadeMenu as launcher.

I finally succeed to programm a file .bat which use
cmd
set sdl_videodriver=windib
dosbox.exe

And I can use DOSBox

So I use this programm .bat instead of the shortcut DOSBox
