What does this have to do with win98/xp?

Sorry, I answered quickly last time...
It's just that our app runs on Win98 or WinXP but the goal is to have only Win7.
But if it rains tomorrow it could change again...
It's sometimes hard, to work in a cloud... And I don't speak about cloud computing 🤣

No what I meant was that you should try a virtualizer/full-sys emulator (they run on win7 or linux)
and install either msdos (if you have it) or freedos there to run your application.

Our app runs fine on 98 or XP. So, if we finally choose a VM, it will be 98 or XP and the game will be over...
Our last (I hope) problem is Oracle. Our app runs with DBF or Oracle tables, with Mediator.
I can't "open" Mediator with DosBOX, I tried with IPXNET but without success.
Any advice ?
