Shadow Warrior runs on the Build Engine, not the Quake Engine. Furthermore, the 3dfx version of that game is totally inferior to the software renderer, being slower and lacking voxels.
Here's hoping 202x will bring a 3dfx-accelerated backport of gzdoom and quake 1 for DOS!!
There is QDOS for Quake. Like Q2DOS, it uses Glide wrappers to deal with OpenGL calls.
As for GZDoom, I won't expect a DOS version anytime soon. The experience will be suboptimal for 3dfx hardware.
