Dude, that's all we've been saying - talk to the author of DosBox Turbo, don't bother the devs here unless you can duplicate the issue on DOSBox proper. There's no need to dramatize the request. 😀
Mr. I am not "bothering" anyone, and if some narrow minded - but attitude laden - developers in here get "insulted" by someone like me asking questions about DOSBOX (can you people read or you just don't care?!!), who also happens to use DosBoxTurbo for Droid, then quiet honestly I held my peace about it long enough.
These so called "developers" have been nothing but rude and I am not certain what they claim they are "developing", but hacking away at some ancient game code does not entitle someone to treat people, who dare to be technologically savvy on other platforms as well, like some unwelcomed outcast.
I use DOSBOX Period - sometimes on Windows XP, sometimes on Win7, often on Linux and sometimes on Droid.
And if I happen to come along a platform nobody has yet heard about and the only way I can get my PC code to run there would be DB then I'll use it there, too.
The author of DBT (as in DosBox with a 'T') got back with me by now and he is the kind of developer who doesn't act like a primadona and doesn't treat his user base like some sort of undesirable minions.
In fact he is the kind of responsive and open minded developer a good platform deserves and right now it looks like the NE2000 patch for DB*T* is going to happen (no thanks to the folks in this forum for this).
I resolved all my technical problems but I won't even bother posting instructions about my findings in here, because the attitude in this forum is more suitable to isolationist hacks, than to people who want to use DB (with or w/o the T) to expand the limits of a given platform.
I can't find the "delete my account button" so could some forum mod please spare us all the needless flamewar that is bound to follow and just delete my account for me?
As an experimental minded user this forum has nothing to offer to me that google couldn't provide as well - but w/o the verbal aggressiveness along the way.
