Good news! Cutemouse was the problem this whole time! Using the Microsoft Mouse 9.01 Disk, and getting rid of Cutemouse, I now have working Mouse in DOS and Windows 3.1! I also got my Voodoo 3 working at 1024 x 768 at 64K color in Windows 3.1. Now to just get those AWE32 Windows drivers!
