I’m confused now. Here is the CPU markings.
Speedsys is also detecting as a Klamath but it’s a Deschutes

It is starting to look that it is a remarked Klamath CPU as there weren't any of these running above 300 MHz without overclocking.

Yea it’s really weird.
At 4.5x I get 300MHz, all the rest are

200 at 3x
233 at 3.5x
266 at 4x
133 at 5x
166 at 5.5x

If I change the bus to 75MHz I get 338 MHz at 4.5x
