2 months ago I bought the Teac CD-R 56S. Now I have almost everything I could wish. The only thing is to buy in the future my first computer:
1994 my parents bought me:
Gateway 2000 PC:
486 DX2/66
8MB PS/2
540MB WD HDD
Cirrus Logic 1MB PCI
Floppy 3.5"
Sony Trinitron 15"
MSDOS6.22 dualboot WfW3.11
Keyboard
Mouse
MSO 4.3
No CD
No Sound
This was awesone. I had no idea how it worked. A collegue of my father came home to explain.
This was a big jump 4 me as till 1994 I had a SNES console and a few games.
Today I feel nostalgia for my old PC. But a 486 board is too expensiv and not worth, as you can buy cheap i430FX board, some P54C and setmul it to 486
