It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Some more stuff I've gathered around me over the last couple of weeks:
- a NOS creative goldfinch card (CT1920) to play with on a rainy day
- a clean example of one of my fave old CD drives (quiet and can do burnt CD's), the NEC CDR-1400A 8X
- a NOS copy of After Dark, yay
- a NOS Disney Sound Source, which was cheap and might be fun to play with on another rainy day (it's winter here ATM)
Life? Don't talk to me about life.

Oooo flying toasters!!!! That was the hottest screensaver back in the days. What is a CT1920? Just from a visual observation, it looks like a half finished Creative sound card 😀

This is awe32 witout codec, fm and mpu. This addon board for creative sb16 user, that turned almost 100% same as awe32. But required another ISA and sb16-to-ct1920 audio cable.

Neat bunch! Did they actually SELL screensavers back in the day? 😮

Flying toasters were well known to be one of the most effective scrubbers for the inside of a CRT. Those fluffy wings were super effective.
Today i received a free maxi gamer 3d 2 voodoo 2 board
~ At least it can do black and white~
I got another one of these:
🤣
Latest real buy:
Chaintech 5TDM2 Motherboard with AMD K6-2 400 mhz cpu (i was only intrested in that board)
Socket 7 Intel 430TX chipset

Sure, I paid for a few even in the early 2000's to remove nag screens and such. Had one of those aquarium ones, and before that, a slew of Glide/Direct3D ones, a few of which I paid for. 😉

still have a long way to be a match to your stack of CM-32s, I am CM-96 level currently... I estimate you are CM-256 or something 🤣
It's not in the best condition, but I think I'll be happy with just the one.
I don't know why you guys hoard so many of the same modules. 😜
^ my plan is to reach CM-512 level and blow up the whole block with LA synth sounds.
