My guess is that chances are extremely meek that you can find a pin compatible chip that supports both AGP and fsb lower than the 60 that you already have. In the past Vogons members have shown solutions here with extended numbers of mechanical switches and that seems to me a more feasible route to success than chasing illusive chips that may not work like you expect even if you can find them.
