I don't check THAT often but I don't remember ever finding none at all available.
I dunno which side of which pond you are on so ebay may not be helpful to you.
I think my problems some years back (haven't looked recently) was finding one that actually worked @ 133MHZ, seems there's a few available now from one seller. The rest are 100mhz FSB from what I saw.
I would pick up one of those, but my P3B-F bit the dust (blew a regulator).
As for the pin mods, I'm not sure I would be comfortable with the reduced control of voltage on the board, or even disable raising the voltage above 1.3v which would make a tully pretty unstable for me. Then again I'm pretty against butchering vintage hardware in general and such things makes me uncomfortable unless it's deemed absolutely necessary.
