Being petty because people will be turned off if they see free but then have to pay a subscription to get access to those games. I fell into that free trap where i had to sign up with my personal idenifiable information to get free stuff like signing up for credit cards to get free stuff.
Instead of its yours free just pay shipping/handling, take out the free part and say it's your just pay s/h and/or give us your data to subsidize the platform. That would weed out people who wanted free games free and clear.
DRM-free games like gog still require you sign up to get them so still need an asterisk I guess.
People are going out of their way to find and post here for others' benefit. You might try thanking if it brings you any benefit, or ignoring and moving on if it doesn't. Complaining just makes you look spoiled, entitled, and ungrateful IMO.
